1. Who we are — and what RapidPnL is and is not

RapidPnL is a service of RapidPnL LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company ("RapidPnL LLC," "we," "us"). RapidPnL generates cash-basis profit & loss summaries from bank and credit card statement data that you provide. Reports are produced by automated software, including artificial intelligence, and are intended solely for your internal management use.

• Reports are not audited, reviewed, or compiled financial statements and are not prepared in accordance with GAAP or any other reporting framework.
• RapidPnL LLC is not an accounting firm and does not provide accounting, tax, legal, or investment advice. No CPA-client or advisor relationship is created by using the service.
• Reports reflect only the accounts and statement periods you upload; they may be incomplete or contain errors, including categorization errors.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use RapidPnL. The service is offered for business and commercial use only — not for personal, family, or household purposes. By placing an order you represent that you meet both requirements.

3. Your responsibilities

• You confirm you are authorized to upload the statements you provide and to receive reports about those accounts.
• You are responsible for reviewing each report — including the categorization review step — before relying on it.
• You will not rely on a RapidPnL report for tax filings, loan or credit applications, investor reporting, or other formal purposes without independent professional review.

4. Payment and refunds

The base fee is charged at checkout and covers up to three statement-months per order. If we cannot parse or reconcile your statements, you are entitled to a full refund — contact us at support@rapidpnl.com. Because reports are delivered digitally and immediately, other refunds are at our discretion.

5. Data handling

Uploaded statements are used only to generate your report, are encrypted at rest, and are never used to train AI models. Uploaded statements are deleted from production systems within 30 days after your order; residual copies in encrypted backups expire within 30 days thereafter. See the Privacy Policy for details.

6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

THE SERVICE AND ALL REPORTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, MERCHANTABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RAPIDPNL LLC'S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE ORDER GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. RAPIDPNL LLC IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR DECISIONS MADE IN RELIANCE ON A REPORT.

7. General

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. Questions: support@rapidpnl.com.
