Privacy Policy

This policy describes how RapidPnL LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company ("RapidPnL LLC," "we," "us"), handles your information.
1. What we collect
- Statement data: the PDF statements you upload and the transaction data extracted from them.
- Order details: your business name, email address, and payment status. Card details are handled entirely by Stripe and never touch our servers.
- Usage data: anonymous, aggregate product events (e.g. an order was created). We do not log statement contents or emails in analytics.
2. How we use it
Statement data is used for exactly one purpose: generating your report. We send statement content to our AI processing provider (Anthropic) to extract and categorize transactions; our processing provider retains data only as permitted by its terms, which prohibit training on your data. We never sell your data or use it for advertising.
3. Retention and deletion
- Uploaded statement PDFs are deleted from production systems within 30 days after your order; residual copies in encrypted backups expire within 30 days thereafter.
- Your generated report remains available at its private link for 12 months after your order is completed; after that the link expires. Contact support@rapidpnl.com for a re-issue, or to have your report deleted sooner.
- You can request deletion of everything we hold about you by emailing support@rapidpnl.com.
4. Security
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Report links contain an unguessable access token — treat the link like a password. Access to production systems is restricted and logged.
5. Service providers
We use Stripe (payments), Anthropic (AI statement processing), and an email delivery provider (report notifications). Each receives only what it needs to perform its function.
