Get a quote →A month = one calendar month of statements, however many accounts cover it. Two accounts in the same month still count once.
Every order includes
- Every statement reconciled: beginning balance plus transactions equals ending balance, proven on the report
- Transfers, card payments, and owner draws kept out of profit so nothing counts twice
- Guided two-minute review of anything we weren't sure about
- PDF report plus an Excel workbook with every transaction (date, vendor, amount, category)
- Monthly columns, cash-flow view, and plain-English notes
- Full refund if your statements can't be reconciled
Why per-month beats per-seat
Bookkeeping software bills you every month whether you open it or not, and statement converters meter you by the page. Both models charge for access. We charge for the finished thing: a report covering the months you actually need, delivered in minutes and yours to keep. A lender asking for 3 months costs $49. A tax return needing the whole year costs about $130. If you only need this once a year, you only pay once a year, and the comparison against a monthly bookkeeper shows what that difference adds up to.
Not sure yet? The sample report shows exactly what you get, and the free trial statement runs one of your own statements end to end before you pay anything.
Pricing questions
One calendar month of statements, however many accounts cover it. A checking account and a credit card for March is one month, not two. You pay for the period your report covers, never per account and never per page.
No. An order is a one-time purchase: you pay once, you get the report, and you own the download. The optional monthly update plan ($9 a month) exists for owners who want the report kept current, and it cancels any time with nothing else to cancel.
Full refund. Every statement must pass the check that its beginning balance plus every transaction equals its printed ending balance. If we can't get your order to reconcile, you get your money back rather than a report with soft numbers.
No. The price covers extraction, categorization, the guided review, the reconciliation check, and the deliverables: PDF report, Excel workbook with every transaction, and an emailed copy. Revisions inside the revision window are included.
The instant product is a management-use report generated from your statements. The CPA tier (from $499) is different work: a licensed CPA prepares your financial statements, including a balance sheet, under a formal engagement letter with a signature behind it. That is the tier lenders and landlords mean when they ask for "CPA-prepared" statements. Request a quote and you hear back personally within one business day.
Yes, two ways. The interactive demo shows a finished report on fictional data with no signup. The free trial statement runs one of your own statements end to end: read, categorized, and reconciled on screen before you pay anything. One per person, no card required.
Upload the PDFs and a reconciled P&L comes back in minutes, checked to the penny or refunded.
